Solina, a leading European producer of savoury ingredients solutions for the food industry, announces the completion of the acquisition of Den norske Kryddermølle AS from Mr. Steinar Styrvold.
Located in Larvik (Norway) the company runs a dry blending plant. Focussed on customer satisfaction, Den norske Kryddermølle AS is known in the Norwegian food sector as a real solution provider, able to deliver tailormade dry blends solutions for meat, ready meal, and snack industrials as well as for foodservice operators.
For Solina, this acquisition represents a further step in its expansion strategy following the respective acquisitions of the food coating expert Food compounds in The Netherlands in September 2021 and the North American spice expert Asenzya in November 2021.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction value.
Den norske Kryddermølle AS (DNK) is a company based in Larvik (Norway). The Norwegian company has since 1990 been a supplier of exclusive and distinctive spice blends to various players in the catering industry. With a high focus on food expertise and flexibility to handle multiple customer demands in an efficient and rational way. DNK offers tailormade food solutions to each individual customer, resulting in distinctive, exclusive powder blends that allow industrial companies to add a personal dimension to their end products. DNK counts two employees and has a production site of 1000m².
