Each day will include live and interactive presentations, panel discussions with audience Q&As. About the broadcast ‘Positive Nutrition’:

“Having a clean label that is free from artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, and preservatives, is becoming table stakes for many food & beverage formulators, who are also under increasing pressure to reduce sodium, calories, saturated fat, and sugar as consumers – and regulators – scrutinize labels more closely. However, brands also recognize that creating healthier foods is not just about avoiding ingredients consumers can’t pronounce, but about positive nutrition: formulating products that are inherently nutritious, or have been fortified with prebiotic fibers, botanicals, fruits, vegetables, proteins, whole grains, and a host of other health-promoting ingredients from probiotics to vitamin C and zinc. So how can manufacturers tap into demand for foods that support consumers’ physical and mental wellbeing and deliver clean labels?”
