In recent years, at Solina, we have put sustainability at the heart of our business model and we are now delighted to announce that we have appointed Ellen Madsen as Group Sustainability Director.
With this appointment we are accelerating our focus and impetus on Solina’s sustainability ambition by building on our 2023 sustainability integration roadmap initiated in 2020. In this newly created role, Ellen joins Solina’s Executive Board from 1st June 2022, a role created to further support our commitment to Make food matter for people and planet.
Ellen will be responsible for driving the sustainability agenda together with our Sustainability Integration Manager, Jo Millar, and the entire Solina Sustainability Ambassador community. By establishing culture and behaviour that we, Solina, want, to build upon the rapid progress we have already made, since establishing our sustainability integration roadmap. And further supporting our sustainability commitments through our 5Ps: people, planet, partners, performance, and products & solutions. Commitments and actions which cover all aspects of Solina’s business.
“Ellen will bring extensive experience in strategy and business transformations to the Solina executive team to support our growth and international ambition. Her experience of large international companies as well as smaller privately owned companies across multiple industries with a strong focus on transformations projects, change management and culture is essential value for our business in the light of the sustainability roadmap in particular,” Solina CEO Anthony Francheterre said.
